Creativ Recruits (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2025/396877/07) is a Cape Town-based permanent placement recruitment agency specialising in BPO, call centre and outbound sales hiring. We are a responsible party as defined in POPIA and are committed to processing personal information lawfully, transparently and securely.

Some of the service providers (operators) we use store and process data on servers located outside South Africa. These transfers are made in terms of Section 72 of POPIA, on the basis that each operator is subject to binding agreements or rules that provide an adequate level of protection, including signed or incorporated Data Processing Agreements.

By applying through our Tally application forms, candidates consent to the processing described in this policy and to representation by Creativ Recruits for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction. Candidates may withdraw from representation at any time by emailing hello@creativrecruits.co.za.
CVs are only submitted to clients with the candidate's knowledge. Background, reference and verification checks are conducted only with prior consent.
Clients receive candidate information solely for recruitment evaluation purposes and must treat it confidentially in line with POPIA. Candidate information may not be retained, shared or used for any other purpose if no placement is made.
All mandates are governed by our signed Terms of Business. A copy of our Data Processing Agreement is available to clients on request.
